### Stories of failure

**We learn more from failures than successes.** Successes comfort us in our beliefs, and we stop scanning for the unexpected, for the opportunities. 

Failures make us stay alert and force us to assimilate things that go against our pre-established paradigm. Failures are opportunities to not just learn, but also *listen* and *reflect.*
